You can disable these technologies when you visit our website, except for customer data if you have a contract with us and we need to store your data in our CRM. To disable these technologies, please follow your browser’s instructions to manage, delete and disable cookies and local storage on your device. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our servers and on those of our business partners.
We keep the information you shared with us for as long as required to perform the actions outlined in the previous section. We will then dispose of your information by removing it entirely from our systems and those of our business partners.
Location of your data by service provider:
Wix may store data in data centres located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. Wix may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of their services and/or as may be required by law.
Any transfer to a third country, outside the European Union, that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, will be undertaken in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) set out in Appendix 1 of the Wix Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Data provided by the Data Exporter shall be stored and Processed by Zoho Netherlands in the Netherlands and may be accessed on a need basis for support functions that are provided by Zoho India from India.
Zoho may share your personal information and service data within the Zoho Group. By accessing or using our products and services or otherwise providing personal information or service data to Zoho, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your personal information or Service Data within the United States of America, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries where Zoho operates. Such transfer is subject to a group company agreement that is based on EU Commission’s Model Contractual Clauses.
The data servers Amplitude uses to provide the Website and Product are located in the United States. By interacting with the Website or using the Product, you understand that your personal data will be transferred to the United States and you consent to such transfer.
To the extent Amplitude collects or processes personal data transferred from the European Union or Switzerland to the United States, Amplitude complies with the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union, and the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States, respectively, in reliance on Privacy Shield. Amplitude has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Notice and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. For the actions of third party agents Amplitude engages to process data on their behalf, Amplitude remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if a third party agent processes the personal data in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless Amplitude proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
If you are a Customer End User and you would like to access, amend or delete your data, then you need to contact the Customer (ConsultMyApp) directly and Amplitude will respond within a reasonable period of time to any such request by our Customer.
Amplitude only retains the Customer End User Data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as necessary to provide the Product to our Customers or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce any agreement.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
